Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any Ledgerline subscription provided by Ledgerline, operated by Harmony Consulting Group, LLC (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

We compile records from official public sources into lead lists and deliver them as files on the schedule described for your plan. Source data is provided by government agencies “as is”; it may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. If your first delivery is not what was described, email us within 7 days for a full refund of that first month.

3. License to use the lists

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered files within your own business (including your employees and contractors). You may not resell, republish or redistribute our files as a data product. The underlying public records remain public; this restriction applies to our compiled files.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the data lawfully, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, CAN-SPAM, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (the lists are not consumer reports and must not be used for credit, employment, insurance underwriting of individuals, housing or other FCRA purposes), and state solicitation and privacy laws. No harassment or spam.

5. No warranty

THE SERVICE AND DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. An expiration date on file does not mean a policy or license has lapsed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Third-party notices

Required source notices and attributions, including the State of Colorado disclaimer and NYC Open Data attribution, are on the Sources page and form part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to subscribers in advance.
