This policy explains what Ledgerline, operated by Harmony Consulting Group, LLC (“we”) collects through this website and our subscriptions.
Information we collect
- Customers: name, email, and the lists you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
- Website: this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and delivery.
How we use it
To deliver your weekly files, provide support, handle billing and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.
Public-record data in our lists
Our lists contain business records published by government agencies as public open data (see Sources). We exclude person-level registrations where the source provides them and show only business-level fields on public pages. If a record concerns you personally and you would like it removed from our lists, email burt.datatools@gmail.com and we will remove it from future deliveries and pages.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your customer information, or cancel at any time, by emailing us. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (e.g. California) may exercise the rights those laws provide; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Retention
Customer and billing records are kept as long as needed for the subscription and for tax/accounting requirements.
